Bugaboo Cards for OWH

Here are a couple of cards I made for Operation write home. I used Bugaboo images that I think are perfect for OWH. The layouts are simple, cute papers and cute images and there you have it.

Student birthday gifts

So this year I have decide to make my students all a little gift bag for their birthday.
I had to catch up with the summer birthdays and the September birthdays so here are the ones I have made so far.
I am using Bugaboo images that I colored in Photoshop since I have to make 25 of these. I added stickles to some of the balloons.
I used Jaded Blossom kisses stamps to decorate the candies. I think it adds so much more to decorate the candies and it doesnt take very long to do.
Patterned paper works well with the kisses stamps too.
I used three different Bugaboo stick figure images on these. This was my first one that I hand colored then realized that would take why too much time for 25 of these.
So far my kiddos are loving these and of course it has candy do that is all the better.

MCCR Pink Christmas Card

Welcome to another wonderful Cricut project I have my for my awesome design team. We are using pink all month in honor of breast cancer awareness.  I used Create a Critter 2 for the gingerbread and added Stickles to their ties. They are so cute. I used Party Picks and Pennants for the flag. I cut all these using The Cricut Craftroom so exact sizes I am not so sure, they looked good on the mat so I cut. Add in some cute paper and sentiment and you have a wonderful Christmas card ready to go.
Head on over to My Cricut Craft Room to see the other great projects for today. So many ways to use your Cricut on that blog, you should check it out. Not to mention Erica is selling this cartridge :)

Sunday Sketch Halloween Card

So after seeing all the sketches today I decided to make all my nieces and nephews Halloween cards. So here is number two. Scroll down to see number 1. Only 5 more to go.
This image is Bugaoo and I love it. I colored it with Copics and added Stickles to the eyes. I cut the black scallop from Lacy Labels at 2 1/2 inches which fits perfectly for the smaller oval from Spellbinders. Then I just followed the sketch.
I made this card with this sketch from http://sundaysketchandstamp.blogspot.com/

Stella Says Sketch #120

I wanted to join in on the Bugaboo challenge since I have been missing out with the beginning of the school year and limited time. This sketch was just so simple to follow I couldn't help myself.
I cut the flag on CCR using Party Picks and Pennants. I added Stickles to the candy corn and touch it when it was still wet and transferred a dot of orange to the middle. Opps.
Any was off to link up to Bugaboo's challenge. Oh and I forgot to say this is a Bugaboo image. I love it as always.

The Sweet Shop Sketch SSS117

Happy Saturday everyone! The best day of the week if you ask me. I actually have crafty energy this weekend! Which is good since my October is slammed with activities every weekend. However I could not pass up a chance to be on The Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge Blog. I love sketches and was just thinking I wanted to be on a sketch DT to make myself use them more often. I spend most of my crafty time focusing on my DT's so this would be perfect.
I love this image, turtles are my favorite :) This one is actually a pre-colored digi. I only have a couple of pre-colored ones but they come in handy when you are short on time.
I used...
Recollections paper bright and basics
Sweet n Sassy image
CCR-Party pick and pennants for the vertical flags
Spellbinders for the horizontal flag and Lacy Circles for the blue circle
Thank stamp - I have no idea who made this one of my older stamps.
Stickles on the flower.

TSB Clipboard

The Stamping Boutique is having a school theme this week. Hopefully you saw my card yesterday. If not scroll down and check it out. This clipboard I made because I needed one at school and I was using the kids and that is just not as fun.
Here is my favorite girl again Audrey again but this time playing hopscotch. I tell you this girl does everything :) This one is called Audrey Playing Hopscotch My kiddos like to look at it as I am walking around.
I cut out my name from Plantin School Book and added it to the bottom so no one would steal my cute clipboard :) Actually I am thinking of making these as teacher gifts for my co workers. Oh details on how I made these...I used Modge Podge to glue down the paper to the clipboard. After I adhered everything I used spray can Modge Podge over the whole clipboard (I used painters tape to cover the metal at the top.
The paper is from Recollections and is super cute. Now you should head on over to The Stamping Boutique to see all the cute projects the ladies are making.

Inspired Stamps Shaped Cards

I cut the top card from Life's a Party and figured the Military set would go perfectly on it. I stamped several stamps on it and then realized I was supposed to use a scripture. So I made another card.
This Christmas card was cute from Wild Card. I added the holly from Christmas Poinsettia and the tree from Vintage Christmas this tree is one of my favorite Christmas stamps.
Head on over to Inspired Stamps and see what other shapes the ladies came up with. http://www.inspiredstamps.blogspot.com/

I cut the candles from Birthday Bash. The oval is from Spellbinders lacy ovals.  The sentiment is from Abby at Dilo En Espanol. I sell my cards and a lot of my customers speak Spanish so I am hoping more spanish cards will help me sell even more cards :)
