How cute is this card. I love it!
This cute girl is a svg file from SVG Files. I cut her and added some ink to give the hair dimension.  The blue I used My Fiskar punch and embossing folder. I used a Stampin Up sentiment.

OWH Blog Hop

Welcome to the OWH Sketch Memorial Day blog hop. You can see the start here http://operationwritehome.org/starsandstamps/

I used three of the OWH sketches for these cards.
Sketch 2 from the PDF file.

Sketch 165

 Sketch 111

The sentiments are from Pink By Design's set that I specifically for OWH cards. I love being able to make cards that I would not normally get to make. OWH is a great cause and I am glad to be able to help in this small way.

SS212 Birthday Card

I was a little stumped at first glance of The Sweet Stop sketch for this week. Then the ideas came a flowin' :) . The sentiment on front is from Pink By Design. I used my Spellbinders for the lacy circles.
I cut the balloons with my Cricut Celebrations cartridge at 1 3/4 in and added the cute Peachy Keen faces. The pink metal accents were added using my Irock.
I just got a new set of Sweet N Sassy Birthday Innies stamp set. I LOVE them. They have the best sayings.
As always The Sweet Stop has an amazing sketch for you this week. Head on over and play along.

White on White Blog Hop

This month Lorby's World of Hops has challenged this talented crafters by asking them to create something that is white on white with a touch of color. I know you will be as pleasantly surprised to see what they have come up with. There is so much talent here that I know they have risen to the occasion and have some wonderful projects to share.

So please begin at Lorby's World http://lorbysworld.blogspot.com since she is our hostess and has a give away going on with this hop. She has all the details on her blog.

Now let's begin this hop. Here are my projects to share.

I made these two cards with embossed white backgrounds. I stamped the small white part with Stampin Up stamps.
The Spanish sentiment is from Dilo En Espanol. I cut is out with a Spellbinders and inked edges. The butterfly is Heidi Swapp sprayed with Heidi Swapp spray.

Retirement Card

Here is a large retirement card I made for my husband co worker. She was very happy with it, which is always nice to hear.
The butterfly was a hit. Apparently butterflies are the simple of rebirth and blue butterflies are extra special because they are very rare. At least this is what the recipient of this card said. Funny cause I questioned putting it on here. I wasn't sure if it went with the bird image. The butterfly is a Heidi Swapp sprayed with a little blue inkado I think is the brand. I used Distress Ink around the outside of the butterfly. The sentiment is a dollar stamp from Michael's that I bought a long time ago.
This image is Sweet n Sassy. I colored it with Copics and added Stickles to the flowers. I used my Lacy Circles Spellbinders behind it.
I kept the inside simple so everyone could sign it.
My hubby asked me to make a big card for lots of people to sign. The blank white on is A2. This card was a full sheet of card stock.

Twins Baby Card

I made this card for someone who is having twins. A boy and a girl so it took me a few minutes to get my ideas together.
After I looked through my millions of pieces of paper and had nothing that could be for a baby boy & girl I decided to make a half and half. The paper is K & Company Itsy Bitsy Boy & Girl Stacks.
So I did the lacy square half and half and the ink around the image. Oh and the inside :)
This was for a lot of people to sign so I decorated both side of the inside.
These cute sentiment is from Pink By Design and the Congrats & Baby are Stampin Up.

TT Girly Friendship Cards Blog Hop

Thank you for joining us at Twisted Tuesdays! We are so excited about our blog hop! There are prizes to be won! A beautiful kit complete with flowers and a $5 gift certificate (see Twisted Tuesdays blog for more details).
I am exciting to be joining the Twisted Tuesday design team. I am finally feeling crafty again. I am loving the challenges they have. If you haven't join in you should check them out. If you are coming from Hillary you are in the right place.
Twisted Tuesday ChallengeMake your project girly.
§    THE TWIST ~ Make your project about friends. It can be a scrap page with friends in the pics, a sentiment about friends on your card, an image with 2 people (or person with an animal/pet), etc. As long as there is a friend theme.
This challenge gave me the perfect opportunity to use this Pink by Design sentiment. I love the saying but haven't found a use for it yet. I like to donate cards to OWH so this was the perfect inspiration to make some cards for the soldiers to send to their friends.
I used my Spellbinders to cut out the Pink by Design sentiment. Cute paper,  a few pearls/brads to dress the cards up, added some ribbon and there you have it.
I started with these two cards but they were a little plain for my first post on the Twisted Tuesday design team. They are pretty but very simple so I made the other two above.
Make sure you check out Twisted Tuesday Challenges. They have some great ones to play along with.
Next up on the hop is Majo. Make sure to leave a comment on all the blogs for a chance at some great prizes. Then, go back to Twisted Tuesdays and let us know how you liked the hop and that you've commented at all 14 blogs.

SSS210 Butterflies Card~Spanish

I love how this sketch inspired me. I used a stamp over and over again for the background. It was my first time using this stamp so it isn't perfect but good enough. I used two strips of DCWV paper to follow the sketch. The butterflies are Heidi Swap. I sprayed the small one half and half by using painters tape to cover the other side. The sentiment is from Dilo En Espanol.

Now head on over to The Sweet Stop and play along.

These two images are The Stamping Boutique digital stamps. I colored them both with Copics.
The sentiments were all printed from Word. I inked the edges of the flag I cut around them.
The butterflies are from Heidi Swapp and sprayed with her spray. They have been a huge hit.

Blk & white with a Splash of color

Here are a few more Mother's Day cards I made using black and white as my base. I added a single color on each card.
A coworker asked me to make her a hot pink card like my previous blue ones. Here it is. I would have never put these colors together but it came out nice.

Of course this is my favorite color! I bought a new stack of blk/white paper and found this butterfly piece and since I am currently obsessed with butterflies it is perfect.
I like this saying for the inside sentiment :)
And lastly I made a purple one. I combined the papers on this one.
All the butterflies are Heidi Swapp and sprayed with Heidi Spray shimmer spray. All the flowers were white and sprayed to match the butterflies. I printed the sentiments out using Word.
