Cupid Valentine's

Here are a couple cards I made using Cricut cartridge Sweethearts cupid. He is cut at 2 1/2.
I embossed the bottom the of the cards with cute little hearts. I added these large brads that I bought at Michaels.
I used this stamp on both cards. The maker is unknown it was a cheap set I bought a long time ago.
I used a thick twine made by Recollections on the bottom one.
I made this container and added some candy kisses inside. It was a very simple project that took less than ten minutes to make. I got the container at Target for $1 at Christmas time.
Cute paper and cut out and you have a wonderful gift.

Hope your Valentine's was great. Though I am not that into the holiday since I think you should show your love all throughout the year. I had a good day :)

SNS New Release Bunnies

Check out these cuties! I am excited to be a part of the Sweet N Sassy Design Team. This is my first post so I made several things to show off this great new release. I used all of the new releases in these projects. What can I say I am an over achiever. These bunnies are separate images that I put together in photoshop. I used three different new releases in this first card.

I used bunny one and bunny 2 and the spring add ons to make this scene.
I used Jelly Bean's Easter Egg and Spring Sentiments on this cute card.
I used the Jelly Bean's Carrot and bunny 2 on the candy bags. I colored all the images with Copics and chalked the edges of most of them.
Well hope you enjoyed my first projects for Sweet N Sassy's DT. I know I love these images and hope you do to. You can find them over on the SNS blog and join in on the challenge. This week's challenge is a 3-2-1 challenge -- use 3 of one thing, 2 of another and 1 of something else.  For instance, use 3 buttons, 2 patterned papers, and 1 image.

Heart Cut out Valentines Card

I used my Design Studio and Doodlecharms cartridge to cut out the heart on a piece of white paper. I added the designer paper behind the white top. I faux stitched around the hearts and the whole card. I added a dollar bin sentiment and some buttons to dress it up.
I saw a card like this on Pinterest and thought I could do that so I did and I LOVE it. Thanks for stopping by!

Love Birds ~MelJen's GDT

Here is a calendar and a card I made for my second guest design team post for Meljen's Designs. I simply love these birds. I colored them with Copics and inked the edges of the images. The card is simple and made to go along with this calendar as a gift set.
The calendar was made with a coaster and a large binder clip. I put the paper on the front of the coaster first then raped on the binder clip handles. I then cover them with paper on the back and the calendar on the front. This is a printable calendar I found online. I used notepad padding compound to bind the calendar pages together. The flowers I bought at Michaels. I used my spellbinders to cut out the circles.
I hope you enjoyed my projects for today!

Meljen's GDT ~Birthday Mouse Card

For my first post as MelJen's February guest design team member I wanted to share with you a male birthday card. I don't know about you but making male cards is very difficult for me.
I used Birthday Cup Mouse. Isn't he cute! I colored him with Copics and added Stickles to the candle flame. I used some manly papers, metal accents and a happy birthday cut out(from Birthday Cake Cricut cartridge) to dress up the card.
If you haven't seen Meljens's stamps before check out all the wonderful images she has at http://meljensdesignsdt.blogspot.com/
