Extra Special gum wrapper

I was asked by a friend to come up with an idea to wrap up some EXTRA bubble gum. I made about 100 of these papers. Luckily I did not have to put them all together. I did all the tape for the church ladies to put them together easily.

Teal Birthday Card

I am happy to say that I will be guest designing with Card Mania for the entire summer. This week's challenge is flowers. How simple is that!? I used flower paper, embellishments and a stamp. Over achiever I know :)
This is actually two stamps. The background stamp and then a birthday sentiment. I was unsure how they would look together but liked the result. The sentiment is Fiskar and the background I believe is too but I am not sure.
The inside is a Stampendous birthday set sentiment.

Foster Kids Birthday Partys Blog Hop

Banners for Foster Kids Birthday Partys Blog Hop
Hi! Welcome to Foster Kids Birthday Party's Blog Hop! Many of you may be familiar with CardMonkey's awesome banner hops for kids... I was so inspired by them that I wanted to find another opportunity to do good with my crafting. I happened upon a volunteer at Birthday Magic at a work event & followed up with them. They loved the idea of handmade birthday banners, so I put out the call and I was lucky to have 15 awesome crafters join me! So today you will get to see everyone's creations!

If you've never heard of Birthday Magic, you can see their site here -
http://www.volunteersac.org/birthdaymagic/
BirthdayMAGIC is a program of the Volunteer Center of Sacramento, which provides personalized monthly birthday parties to children currently living in Sacramento area homeless shelters, transitional living facilities, community programs or residential treatment centers.

The goal of BirthdayMAGIC is to brighten the lives of children by providing fun, meaningful and memorable birthday parties during what can be an awkward and challenging experience in their lives.

Each month, children living in these shelters will celebrate birthdays – through financial support, volunteer help and the BirthdayMAGIC program, these wonderful children will receive a birthday party thrown in their honor.

For more information on sponsoring a party please contact us at info@volunteersac.org or call (916) 567-3100.

I'm looking forward to dropping off all the amazing banners For them to use in the parties!

So now, sit back & enjoy all the great banners!!!

You should have started the hop at: Jennifer Restivo http://www.craftycardgallery.blogspot.com/ And if you've been following along, you should have come from: Madeleen Field

I used Recollections (I think) Monsters & Robots paper pack. The monsters are from Bump in the Night Cricut cartridge with Peachy Keen's monster faces on them. The words are cut from Celebrations.

Student birthday gifts

So this year I have decide to make my students all a little gift bag for their birthday.
I had to catch up with the summer birthdays and the September birthdays so here are the ones I have made so far.
I am using Bugaboo images that I colored in Photoshop since I have to make 25 of these. I added stickles to some of the balloons.
I used Jaded Blossom kisses stamps to decorate the candies. I think it adds so much more to decorate the candies and it doesnt take very long to do.
Patterned paper works well with the kisses stamps too.
I used three different Bugaboo stick figure images on these. This was my first one that I hand colored then realized that would take why too much time for 25 of these.
So far my kiddos are loving these and of course it has candy do that is all the better.

SunSational Birthday Candy Bag

Here is a gift bag I made for my nephew. I am loving these little kisses stamps. Of course I also love Peachy Keen so I added these cute faces to anything I can.
I used Create a Critter for the sun and used a Peachy Keen face. I added Glossy Accents to the eyes. The sentiment on the blue cut out is K. Andrew Designs. The yellow circle is from Jaded Blossom as well as the circles on the candies.

Gift Bag w/ Bugaboo Pig

Have you ever made something that you had a hard time giving it away. I loved how this bag came out. It was perfect. I was inspired by a sketch but half way through realized I didn't follow it properly so oh well. I did however add button for the other challenge I wanted to enter (list at the bottom).
Here are closer up pictures of the top and bottom. I faux stitched around the edges. The pig is from Bugaboo and is their current freebie. I colored it with Copics and chalked the edges with pink chalk. The rest is simple enough to follow I think but if you have any questions please comment below.

Its time for another challenge at Pattie's Creations. You have a choice of birthday or Thanksgiving. I chose to make a birthday tag. I thought these presents would be perfect. They are named Christmas Gift Set of Three however I think they are great for birthdays too. You can find them here http://www.etsy.com/listing/62168028/christmas-gifts-set-of-three

I colored these presents with Copics and added Glossy Accents to the ribbon.
