Owl birthday card

I cut the owl with my cricut from Create a Critter.  Any-hoo a friend who loves owls just had a birthday so I made her this card. I placed some cute papers then added some green bakers twine (Martha Stewart pack). Some glitter brads and the cute sentiment.
The sentiment stamp is from K Andrew designs. I recently discovered her stamps and am having fun with them. This one is from Food for Thought. Perfect for birthday cards.
Here is the message I put inside of the card.
Perfect timing for an owl card since K Andrew is having an Owl and something recycled challenge. My recycled object is the green card stock. It was the backside of another project I had made.

Meljens Sunflower Cards

I just finished up twenty birthday cards for a customer and made some Mother's Day cards while I was at it.
I used Meljen's cute sunflower and added a frame around it. Bugaboo gave away this free frame awhile back and I am seeing the possibilities. I colored both images with Copics and added Stickles to the bees and small flowers on the bottom card and the center of the sunflower on the top card.

I am entering these cards into Meljen's current spring challange

Inspired Stamps Flower Cards

On Thursday I posted a couple of the flower cards I made. Here are some others. The flowers are from Inspired Stamps Butterflies and Blooms set. The sentiment are Studio G dollar stamps from Michaels.
I am not happy with the bottom card. I design was ok but the paper was too thin and warped with the Stickles so back to the drawing board with this one.

Pattie's Creations Photo Challenge

This is a Pattie's Creations digital stamp. I see myself using this image often. I colored it with Copics.
The combination of this paper and this image sure made for a cute card. I cut out some butterflies and faux stitched them to match the ribbon. I added a couple brads and perfection. I love this card. The challenge is to use the photo below for inspiration.

Easter boxes

Happy Easter everyone! Today is a very important holiday for my family. We make a big deal out of Easter. Let's not forget the true reason for the holiday as we are hunting eggs and thinking of bunnies. Jesus gave his life for us all.
So for my last Easter project I found these cute containers at Joann's 50% off so $2.50 for 6 and thought I would just make cute tags and fill them with candy for my nieces and nephews. I know they get a ton of stuff but I wanted to make them a little something.
I used my favorite animal on these tags. I colored this cute turtle from Bugaboo with Copics and attached with twine.

These two I used a Stamping Boutique super cute bunny.

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday! Thanks for stopping by.

Bunny Easter Treats

So after making candy bags for my students (posted below) and these for my husbands co workers. I decided that I would make more candy sticks instead of bags. 30 bags later I made about 20 candy sticks too (below).
These bunnies are cute from Doodlecharms and have Peachy Keen faces. I used the "surprised" face since they are giving candy poop after all. I added some blush because they are embarrassed of course.  The square is from Spellbinders Lacy Squares and twine bow on the ear.
So I was tired of bags and they were eating up all my candy so I made some more sticks. Now the layout of these I totally stole from Kim at Puppies and Paper Crafts. I love Kim she is a fellow teacher and has the best ideas.
I used three kinds of candy in the stick bags so people will have a choice. M&M's of course, jelly beans and smarties. Smarties aren't egg shaped but small and shaped poopy enough. I already explained the bunny on top. So now for the container I am putting these in.
I bought this square spring container last year and finally found a use for it.

Here are the close ups of the two super cute Stamping Boutique images. I am really falling in love with Stamping Boutique. They are a new find for me and I am collecting away.
Thanks for stopping by! I love all my followers and hope that I inspire you half as much as you inspire me. One more Easter project post to go :)
