Mason Jar Laterns

I was trying to come up with something new to make for Christmas gifts this year, which is a challenge because I make a lot of Christmas gifts. I came across a post on these mason jar lanterns in a FB group and loved them. So I busted out my floor wax and glitter and went to town. It is the same technique as the glitter xmas ornaments I made.

 I made the saying myself in design studio for this one and the apple is a Silhouette file.

 These cut files came from the silhouette store. I added little battery operated tea light candles that have a timer so you don't have to keep getting in the jar. They are self timing tea lights you can find on Amazon.

I found these cute little plastic bags at Michaels on sale for 50 cents and grabbed a bunch not knowing what I would use them for. They were perfect for that little something extra to go with these lantern gifts.

I added the girls names with vinyl on the front and put the lanterns in them. 

I know I haven't been as active on my blog this last year with having my baby girl but it makes me sad to see my followers leaving. I have lost 5 in the last month and it makes me super sad. I hope to have the rest of you stick around and enjoy looking at my crafts. You mean a lot to me :)

Onesie Giraffe

Its been awhile since I posted anything on my blog. I have been crafting at least a lot of Christmas presents I made but haven't had a lot of energy/time to turn on my computer and type up a post. My baby is 7 months old and still not sleeping through the night so I am a tired momma.

 I made this cute onesie with some dark pink litter HTV. My cousin really liked it for her little girl.I have a million ideas in my head for all the others I want to make now I just need another me to do it.

Love this little girl. She and my baby have so much fun together already.

Though I do miss my crafty time and bloggin time, I would not trade in this time with my baby girl for anything. I will be back to crafting crazy soon enough.

IS Xmas

Its getting closer to Christmas! I am super excited. This is my baby's first Christmas! So here is a card with a cute girl on it in honor of my girl.

This image is Hymn Girl Ornaments. I love her because she has option for what you want to put in her hand.

The inside sentiment and scripture are from the set Christmas Poinsetta. This is one of my favorite sets.

TSB Halloweenie Tini Time

Here is a fun card! I love the twist on the martini glass with this fun Glitterbabe image. You can find Halloweenie Tini over at The Stamping Boutique store.

 I found the perfect paper to go with this cute image. I colored it with Copics and added some Stickles to make it shine. I inked the edges with a lime green color.

The paper is some left overs that I have had for years now. It is amazing how many cards you can make out of a 12 by 12 piece of paper!

TSB No Pattern Paper

I tried something new on this card. I am unsure of the background. I glued the layers together then used a template and sprayed gold mist all over it. It was a lot more gold than I expected.The picture below is without the flash.

I used one of the new Glitterbabe images. This is Pilgrim Girl. I colored her with Copics and hand cut her out. The sentiment is a Stampin Up stamp.

Scrapbook Months

I have been doing a lot of digital scrapbooking. I want to document my girls growth plus it is easy to do when she is napping on me. Here are a few of the MANY digital pages I have made lately.

 I used Photoshop to do my scrapbooking. I love digital scrapbooks. All the cute stuff without the mess and massive amounts of time it takes to do paper scrapbooking.

Halloween is fast approaching so here is a little inspiration. I used some scraps of Halloween paper. I keep all my holiday papers in a clear pocket together so I do not remember the brand. I have had the same paper in the folder for years and never had to buy anymore. It is amazing how many cards a 12 by 12 piece of paper can make.

Lego Birthday Card

 Here is a quick birthday card I made for a 6 year old boy. I cut the lego man out with my Cameo. He is a cut file from a blog hop SVG Files had given away.

Simple card but for a 6 year old you dont need a lot. He was excited to see the lego man on the front.
