I used a scripture from the Christmas Poinsettia set. I added some distress ink around the scripture. The papers I used are BazzillBasics Nordic Pine paper.

I love these bunnies and the sentiment is perfect. I used some scrap paper.

The sentiment is Some Bunny Loves You Circle. The image is Sweet Love Bunnies. I colored them with Copics and distressed the edges.

Water balloon fights remind me of summer and I am on vacation during the summer so perfect for this theme. This is a super cute Simply B image. I colored it with Copics. I added a Jaded Blossoms sentiment. The paper is DCWV.

IS Xmas in July Blog Hop

 Welcome to the Inspired Stamps Christmas in July Blog Hop, You should have come here from Belinda. If not you can start at the beginning at the Inspired Stamps Blog. We are sharing three Christmas cards made with the same stamps today. These were so easy to put together and such a better gift then a astor bought card.

I used His Little One Christmas Girl. I colored her with Copics and added the sentiment that comes with the stamp on the card below.

Inky No DP Lily

Inky Impressions challenge this week is no designer paper.

 I used alternating card stocks. It was a little too plain so then I embossed it with a flower pattern.

I used Butterfly Lili. I colored her with Copics. I do love looking at her. She is so cute.

Mist Heart Cards

I was in the mood to use my color sprays so I decided to make some cards to send to OWH. These are the only two colors I have that don't contain glitter. I used a paper mask I had left over from cutting something out with my Spellbinders on the top card. I used the purple only on the background and the green only on the heart. The bow came out perfect. I added a Jaded Blossom sentiment and a Heidi Swapp heart.

This one I sprayed both colors randomly and added only purple to the Heidi Swapp heart. I add some matching twine and a Pink By Design sentiment.

Both of these cards are on their way to Operation Write Home.

Blue Heart ~You+Me

I was experimenting with my alcohol inks and was not incredibly pleased with the results so I got out my circle punch and cut up the page I made. The circles looked a lot better than the layout did. I used some blue ink to distress the edges. It was a little to CAS so I added a strip of embossed paper and the blue Heidi Swapp heart. I also used alcohol ink on the heart. I added a Pink by Design sentiment that I love to use on cards I am sending into Operation Write Home.

TSB New Release

There are lots of new release stamps this month over at The Stamping Boutique. I used two of them to share with you today.

 

 This first image is Egg Chick. I added some color with Copics. I inked the edge of the image.

Another cutie...

This is Momma Chick. I added color with my Copics. I was so busy coloring all the baby bellies that I just plain forgot to color the belly of the momma, just noticed looking at it now. LOL.

The paper on these cards is from The Paper Studio pack I just bought this week. The sentiments on these cards are by Pink by Design. They fit so well with these cards that are going to OWH.

IS ~ Sit & Read

 I made a simple card today. Sometimes the stamps with the perfect paper are all you need. I used Bazzill Vintage paper. The stamps are Inspired Stamps.

This one is from the very popular Hymn line. This is Hymn Girls: Sit and Read

This stamp is one of my favorite because it makes me think of one of my favorite songs by Chris Tomlin. Romans 8:31 is distressed around the edges.

Inky Summer Bright

Inky Impressions challenge this week is summer bright.

 Yellow always reminds me of summer. I used my new Spellbinders to cut out the yellow center and embossed it with butterflies and flowers. The heart brad says love and was perfect for this card. I used a Jaded Blossom Simple Sayings sentiment.

GDT Charming Farm Girl

Card Mania's challenge this week is to add a charm.

I was in a patriotic mood apparently.

The sponsor this challenge is Kenny K. This image is Farmers Daughter. I colored her with Copics and inked the edge. I used a corner punch on two corners to change the shape up a bit.  I added a charm with some twine over the shape cut out. I used my Spellbinders to cut the blue star paper.

Pink Onesies Card

The hubby gave me like 20 minutes to make this card. You know the request for a card right before they have to give it to someone. Or the right before bed oh ya I need a card in the morning for tomorrow morning before I leave for work request. Does anyone else get these last minute requests or is it just me?
Anyhoo with little time I came up with this and have to say not bad. :)

I used Jaded Blossom stamps on the front of the card. The sentiment from one of the Simple Sayings sets and candies stamps from the baby set. I added them onto the onsies.

The onsies are from the 9 Months Cricut cartridge. Luckily I had some cut out already from decorating my friends baby shower.

The inside has a Jaded Blossoms stamp (congrats) from one of the Simple Saying sets and a Pink by Design sentiment from a baby set.

Teacher Tumbler

 

 

I made this tumbler a while back but havent had the chance to post it yet. The apple is a Silhouette Studio image I purchased long ago.

I cut the glitter green vinyl from Joann's with my Cameo. I was not a fan of this vinyl and had a terrible time transferring it. Overall it came out ok for my first try.

IS New Release Time

This month Inspired Stamps has some great new release stamps. There are a couple more Hymn girls to join the other cuties. This one is Hymn Girls Sitting Right. The girl and the scripture come together. I added a little color with my Copics. I used Distress Ink around the image and scripture. I hand cut the girl out and used my Spellbinders to cut out the scripture. I added some twine ribbon and a couple heart brads. The paper was some scrap I had left over.

Inky Summer Fun

Inky Impressions challenge this week is Summer Fun.

This bright cheery card is very summery. I used yellow paper for a summer feel. Fishing is very summery, a little metal sun and SUNshine, lol. I took the summer theme seriously with this one.

This image is Angelica Fishing. I colored her with Copics.

I used some twine to hold this metal sun. I was excited when I looked through my stuff and found this charm. I added a Jaded Blossom sentiment. This is one of my favorites to use on cards I am sending to OWH. I hope someone enjoys this one.

IS Red White and Blue Time

I have made several red, white and blue cards. I like to stay away from 4th of July on these since I donate these to OWH. I really like this Hymn Girl Patriotic w Star from Inspired Stamps because the flag is blank and I can put whatever I want in there. I love to use 1" circle sentiments inside the flag. They fit perfectly and have some perfect saying to send to the soldiers families. I colored the girl with Copics and inked the edges. The paper is from my stash that I have had for years, literally.
