Scraps Blog Hop

Welcome to the Scraps Blog Hop... If you came from Michelle, you're in the right place. If you just happened upon my blog and would like to play along, start at the beginning at www.craftycardgallery.blogspot.com

The purpose of this hop is to help you use up some of your scraps. I'm sure you've got your fair share - I know I do! You'll see 30 talented crafters coming up with unique ways to use their scraps. Some may share tips on how they store their scraps as well!
Be sure to visit all the blogs & leave comments, as there will be a grand prize, a $50 credit to the Designs on Cloud 9 store, http://www.designsoncloud9.com/
sponsored by Michelle of Designs on Cloud 9. To win the grand prize, you must comment on and become a follower of all the blogs.
On to my cards...the top three cards I used Sassy Cheryl's Digi Stamps. I love these two stamps. I colored them with Copics. On the cupcakes I added stickles. The teal, brown, and designer paper were all scraps. I have a lot of scraps and have been trying to use them as much as possible so this hop was perfect.
This card I am not finished with yet. I am going to add a sentiment to it after I decide what I am using it for.
The dragon fly is from Gypsy Wanderings, sprayed with glitter and gems added with my Irock. I used brown brads on the corners.

The complete lineup for the hop is:

Kich n Bleus DT-treat box(Pink By Design)

I was on the Pink by Design Ustream tonight and Sarah taught us how to make this treat box. No cutting just folding. She will have it on her blog. I figured since I have a DT post needed and I did the wrong digi on my card (I will post that later now) I would make this treat bag into my DT post.

These digis are from Kich n Bleus. I colored them with my Copics.

I need to add a stamped sentiment on this side. I just need to get the right Pink by Design set :)
Anyways, I have been away this month in Ireland and missed a few posts to my DT so here are Kich's latest stamp sets.

My trip to Ireland

I have been back from Ireland for a week now. My husband and I were there for almost three weeks and the jet lag was more than I could have imagined. I took over 2,500 pictures! I love photography and have taken many classes in photography. I should have my AS in photography if only I had filled out the paper work :) Anyways. We hopped all along the outside of the entire island. It was a great experience. I need to get busy on my scrapbbok pages before I forget all my memories. Until then here are a few pictures of my trip and a link to all my others. I am loading them slowly and am half way done.

If you would like to see more photos check out my flickr. I have lots more.

Stampendous Monkey Birthday Card

Bothe cards were colored with Copics and gems were added with my Irock. The top card is pretty self explanatory. The bottom card the background paper was made using shaving cream and Ranger Rick's Alcohol Inks. I explained it poorly here. I added brads to the ribbon on the bottom.

70th birthday card

I cut the happy birthday from Simply Charmed (I think). I used a hole punch to take out the smiley faces.  I made this card very simple since it was a 70 year old male.

Princess Bday Card & bookmark

I made this birthday card for a seven year old girl. I cut the princess from Birthday Cakes and spray glittered the crown.
I cut the wrong size for the bookmark so I used it on the envelope.
Made a bookmark to go with her card.
