Inspired Stamp 3 ways

This week we are showing three different ways to use a verse. I used Proverbs 3.5 from Inspired Stamps scripture stamps, you can find it by clicking on the link above. This is a good verse to remember. I have such a hard time letting go and letting God that this is a good reminder.

This first project I made a card. I love the fold over paper.

This is a CD cover. I take lots of pictures and shoot a wedding recently. This would be a perfect case to give my pictures on.

This container I am thinking about putting cookies in to give away. Many possibilities of things to put in this container. I stamped the heart then embossed the heart.

This was the original container. I have many of these since this is my favorite adhesive. So many possibilities.

Sew Many Recipe Challenge

Sew Many is having a recipe challenge this week. I used one of Sew Many's January releases, Jovi Valentine. I bought the decorative paper in single sheets at Hobby Lobby. I colored the image with Copics, inked the edge with pink ink and added some gems. I had a heart that said love on it that I added with twine.

Inspired Stamps Scenic View

Here is my latest card. I have this very versatile set from Inspired Stamps and wanted to make a scenic, earthy card. I used brown ink around the circle I cut out with my Spellbinders circles. I colored the stamp with Copics and added Glossy Accents to the nails on the fence. Thanks for stopping by!

Valentines Color Me

I made these Valentines cards for my students. They loved them thankfully since they were not as easy as I thought they would be. Well anything times 24 is never easy.

All these images are Sew Many Cards. I love them all and so did my kids. They also loved that they could color them themselves.

I was one short on the pink/red colors so I used a purple.

I LOVE turtles so this is my favorite image.

These are the only other stamps I used. This one is Meljen's Designs. I thought it was super cute as well.

Stryder Birthday Card

This is my favorite birthday image. I love Stryder with Balloons he is just so cute. Sew Many Cards challenge for this week is birthday. If everyone ends up making birthday cards as often as I do then Stryder is a must have. I have such a difficult time making boy birthday cards so I use him often.

I colored Stryder with Copics and inked the edges of the image. I added Glossy Accents to the balloons and blue glitter. I embossed the blue paper with my Sizzix happy birthday then buffed the paper to show it.

I saw a card on Bugaboo that had a color it yourself birthday card. I loved Tammy's idea so much I made my own. I am going to making several of these.I used plain stock that I embossed on this card. No designer paper and lots of layers. I used a Bugaboo stamp that I love. The Pink by Design birthday sentiment is perfect with these little monsters. I tied on some Crayons with twine. I love how this one came out, I am working on some color it yourself valentines cards for my students now.

Sew Many Color challenge

Sew Many is having a color challenge-Use the colors yellow, pink & turquoise. These papers where perfect for this challenge/

I LOVE this card. I used an older Easter digi from Sew Many Cards and colored it with Copics. I added stickles to the bow.

I used my Spellbinder to cut the white and stamped Happy Easter from Inspired Stamps. The paper was single sheets that I bought at Hobby Lobby.

this can be wallpaper, bubble wrap, foil, paperclips, even ribbon and buttons...

I used bubble wrap that I colored with alcohol ink. I love the way it turned out. I put alcohol ink on the Ranger Rick dabber and inked the edges with it. I really liked how that came out too. Not to mention this adorable image that went perfect with this sentiment.

I love these swans, their necks/head make a heart with is perfect for this time of the year. I embossed my circle that I cut out with Lacy Circles spellbinders. I used alcohol ink around the edges of the image and gave the image a little color with Copics.

Here is a candy bar wrapper I used Hot Air Balloon Riley on. I wrapped a Hershey bar in green paper and crimped the edges. Then added the decorate paper, brads, and ribbon. I colored Hot Air Balloon Riley with Copics and inked the edge.

Riley Sneak Peek Week 3

I made a mini card with Cell Phone Riley. The perfect stamp for a general/just because card.

I used paper from my scraps. Spellbinders Lacy squares to cut Riley out and inked the edges. The pink-blue twine was perfect with this paper. The Hello stamp is a Fiskar stamp. A couple more days until the release of all these sneak peek images! Come back tomorrow for another peek :)

Bugaboo two of something

Bugaboo 2 of something challenge- I used two designer papers and two heart brads. I love turtles so I had to have this turtle from Bugaboo when I saw it. I colored it with Copics and chalked the edges.

Inspired Stamp Sneak Peak

I made this wall plaque from a piece of wood that I found at Joann's . I thought this new set would be perfect to display in my craft room. I just love this set.

I used Modge Podge to put the brown paper on the wood then added the decorative paper on that. I colored the stamps with Copics and added Stickles. These will be available on Friday at Inspired Stamps along with some other great stamps.

Inspired Photo Frame

I found this wood frame at Hobby Lobby for $3.99 at 80% off. What a smoking deal. I figured I could find a use for it. I wanted to put a scripture stamp on it but it needed something else so I added the HLO praying girl and with some buttons & ribbon there you have it. I made the tan background paper fit the frame then added the decorative paper on that. I then applied Modge Podge all over the wood frame and added the paper to the frame.
The stamps are from Inspired Stamps. I colored her with Copics. If you have not checked out Inspired Stamps yet you should. They have great stamps and wonderful tutorial/ideas all the time.

Wine Cork Gifts

These were so much fun to make. Like a puzzle. I had to cut pieces to fit into spots and I used more hot glue than I ever have in my life.

I made 29 of these ornaments. It took several tries and different ways to do it before I figured out the easiest and quickest way. I saw these projects online that people were selling so no instructions could be found. Here is how I did these ornaments.

First drill holes in the wine corks. The make your bows. I tied mine with twine and used my bowdabra to make mine since I can't make a bow very well.

After those two above are done I them took twine and looped a bell and beads with it.

I put the twine through the cork. I used the tool I made out of a hanger to push it through.

Then I tied the bow on top of the cork very tight.

That is how I found them to be the easiest to make. I tried lots of different ways but made my last ten like this one above. Here are some others I made.

Now what else can I make out of wine corks. I still have A LOT of them. Hmmmm....

Inspired Stamps Puzzle

Here is a puzzle that I made using Ruth from Inspired Stamps. I made a label puzzle (like the top of a puzzle box) and colored her with Copics after I had cut the puzzle pieces, would not do it that way again.

This was my first try and I did have some things I needed to change but in the end it worked. I used an old Pepsi box. I learned that you should Mod Podge the side with the print, which I did not on the initial one which became the label.

After it dried completely I cut the excess off and put it in the puzzle die cut (below) which I got on ebay for $5. I left the puzzle uncolored so the child I give it to can put it together and color it themselves.

I will be making many more puzzles to come. Check out Inspired Stamps if you have not already and they are having a DT call! It is a great team to be on. I highly encourage you to try out even if you do not own any of the stamps. I had never before I joined the team and LOVE them.

Tags, Tags, and Bags

I made about 30 of these gift tags for my students and co workers. I used two different Bugaboo tag digi stamps for one side of the tag.

On the other side I made many different cut outs from Christmas Cheer and Doodlecharms. I added many different Peachy Keen Stamps for the faces. I added twine for to hang them with.

I love these trees with the metal accents attached with my Irock.

The first tag of the above three I cut out a snowman from a old Christmas card. The santa is part of a piece of designer paper. The bags below I kept very simple because they were for my 25 third grade students. I just cut pretty paper and added to the front of the bags. The kids loved them.

Here is a bag I made with a Meljen's Image. I love this image.

I colored this cute image with Copics and added stickles to the cheeks.

The bag above is a Pattie's Creations image. My cousin laughed when I handed her this bag and told me she was just telling her husband how much she liked it.

Christmas Wrap Up!!

The top two have Bugaboo images. The third one if a Sew Many Cards image. All colored with Copics and Stickles added.

The below mouse is from The Greeting Farms and the cute girl is a clear stamp set from Some Odd Girl.

Here are all five larger cans. I added rosettes to the tops with bottle caps. Three of them have the 1 inch snowmen from Inspired Stamps. The other two have a be jolly stamp.

I made three more of these in a smaller size, I forgot to take a picture of one :( It was fun watching the boys try to open these.

I made several glass jars with chex mix that I made. I love how these came out.

I used Inspired Stamps on these two, the tops and the tree above.

I love the rosette on this one with the circle stamp.

I made heart candy cane chocolate bark. Just put the two candy canes together and pipe in melted chocolate.

I used a Bugaboo stamp for the above image. I cut a tree from Christmas Cheer and used Peachy Keen faces for the jar below.

The snowman was cut from Doodlecharms and I used a Peachy Keen face on it. I used the perfect pearls for the dots on both.

I made these three pop top cans for gifts. I put gift cards and candy inside. These were a hit.

The first image is from The Greeting Farms and the next two are from Bugaboo.

I made a ton of gifts and since Xmas is over sadly now over so I put many of them in one post. Hopefully this will give you some ideas for next year ans you have an excellent memory :) Merry Christmas everyone!!

I made this gift bag to go with the glass block below.

I made a rosette and used my favorite stamp set :) from Inspired Stamps 1.5 inch Circle Christmas

I also made several jars with a chex mix I made and have only decorated one so far (more to come). Here it is...

I used my circle stamps again on the top and this wonderful scripture tree for the jar. Inspired stamps has wonderful stamps. Check them out when the holiday craze slows down.

Candy Containers w/Peachy Keen Stamps

I made these paper bag candy holders for gifts for my co workers. The top on the tree is cut from Christmas Cheer. I added a PKS face and metal gems using my Irock. The sentiment is a stamp from Pink By Design's Christmas Wishes set.

Isn't this tree super cute! I love how it came out. The snowman below I punched out from a Christmas card I got last year.

I the tag in the back I cut the ornament from Christmas Cheer and stamped a PKS face on it.

I added a candy cane heart with twine on the front. The bag below I cut the gingerbread and added PKS faces and some "icing" around the bite mark. Here is the link to the tutorial for these bags.

I filled up this glass tree with M&M and Cadbury chocolates for my boss. I added a tag with a snowman cut from Doodlcharms and added a Peachy Keen stamped face and Stickles buttons.

Small Notebooks w/Peachy Keen

So I started making these small notebooks last year for my students and then never got around to finishing them. So I decided to make another 15 of them and give them to my students for Christmas. Making 25 of everything for my students has been a challenge but I love crafting so whatever. I asked my kiddos what their favorite colors and animals are and went to town cutting and stamping. Surprisingly it did not take that long to make them all. So now on to the massive amount of pictures :0)

I made some without animals. These two football ones were cut from the Father's Day cartridge, which is my least favorite cartridge I have ever bought.

This one I used stickers since I did not have a soccer call cut.

I kept these very simple since there were so many of them to make. Very few layers are really needed with the wonderful Peachy Keen faces. My students loved their books. It was totally worth the work to see their excitement.

The Greeting Farms Paint Can Container

This cute mouse is from The Greeting Farms. I colored it with Copics and added Stickles to the white of the stocking though that is hard to see in the picture. I added bells and ribbon to the handles. I love these paint can containers. They are so cute and easy to make.

I cut the ornament from Christmas Cheer (I think) and added a cute Peachy Keen stamp to make the face. Added some twine and cute paper and there you have it. I love this card and hope it makes it to its recipient in one piece. TFL!

Bugaboo Paint Container

Here is another paint can container I am working on for my husbands co-workers.These are so easy.

I bought 5 of these at Joann's at 50% off so they were only just over $1. I used this cute blue snow paper because I thought it went perfect with this adorable snowman from Bugaboo. I colored him with Copics and added Stickles to the snowflakes. I adhered it to the paper and rolled the paper around into the container. Add some ribbon and bells to the handle and there you have it.

I always love using Bugaboo stamps but it is even better when it fits their current challenge. I am entering this into Winter/cold challenge.

Kich N Bleus Naughty Xmas Card

This girl with the stocking full of coal is from Kich N Bleus. I found this freebie on their website from last Xmas and thought it would go perfectly with this stamp I got on clearance last year after Xmas. I colored her with Copics and added Stickles to the hat. The picture does not show that the white paper is embossed with snowflakes so well. Other that that it is a very simple card. Purple Xmas Card

This image is from Meljen's Designs. I LOVE snowmen. The sentiment is from Pink By Designs Christmas Wishes set. My friend loves purple so I had to make her a purple Xmas card. I added lots of Stickles to the hats since my friend love glitter too. I added Glossy Accents on the buttons and cheeks.

The bottle cap is from Inspired Stamps 1 inch snowman set. I put in a previous post how I made them.

Here are some of my closest friend and I at the Zoo Christmas lights display. We had such a good time. We are a bunch of kids at heart. I think we were the only people there without kids, lol. Santa thought it was funny. Anyways enjoy the season and remember the reason :)

My Students Xmas Cards

I printed out some of my favorite Christmas images for my students to make Xmas Cards.I pre cut the background papers, card base and images. I let them pick red or green card and they folded it in half. I let them pick the background paper from many different choices. I printed out 60 digital images from my favorite Christmas images.

CWWC Challenge~Friendship

Crafting When We Can is having a friendship challenge. I made this paint can container with a super cute Kenny K image. The link is below. I thought this image shows friendship and I am giving this to a friend so double friendship :)

I colored this image with Copics.
I bought 6 of these clear containers from Oriental Trading.
These are super easy to make. I just sized the paper to fit then glued to image to the paper and put it inside the container. No glue to hold it in or anything. I added bells to the sides with twine and some ribbons. Very cute and you don't need very many supplies to make these so very cost effective. I am making many of these as gifts so you will see more to come.

Chopped Take Two

Here is my card for my second "Chopped"style challenge

Here's what we were told:

I will send you an envelope with some products in them (paper & embellishments). Each person got the same exact products in their envelope. You will need to make a card using each of the products. You must use at least a part of each of the products, you must be able to tell it was the initial product (meaning if it's a piece of white paper, you can't color it entirely another color). You can use whatever products or techniques you want, and the card can be any size. You can also add whatever products you want to the card.

She mailed us an envelope with the following items.

The contents:

2 pearls, a heart shaped doily, some pink/double sided paper, watercolor paper, a strip of metallic paper, and a length of eyelash string.

The only rules were:

You can use as little or as much of an item as you want, provided you must use some of each item and it must be identifiable (you can't color white paper purple, for example).
The inside of the card counts as well as the front, but it can't just be a way to dump everything. It has to go with the card.

Here is the card I made. I like how it came out.

I used a Fiskar sentiment and chalked the edge of the circle (which was a small white paper I think was the water color paper). Other than that I left all the items entacked. Lets see if my card gets chopped this time :)

Gift Baskets

Here are some gift bags I decorated to put in a gift basket I donated to a great cause.

This top bag is a Bugaboo image. I love this cute girl. I actually colored her in Photoshop and printed her out. The two small stamps are from Pink By Design.

This super cute mouse is from Sassy Cheryl. I colored it with Copics and added Stickles to the cupcake.

The top back is just some pretty papers and rosettes with twine in the buttons. The bottom bag is another Bugaboo image that I colored with Copics.

The top basket is mine full of cards, gift bags and a couple corner bookmarks. The bottom one is my husbands gift basket from his department.

It was exciting to see my stuff up for auction. I love to donate my projects. Thanks so much for stopping by.

Inspired Stamps Treat Container

I love these little containers to give out yummy deserts that I make for Christmas gifts.

I used a snow writer pen on the ear muffs, collar and the snow. I colored her with Copics and chalked the edges of both images. The circle stamp I added star brads on top of the stars.

Princess Birthday Card

I made this cute birthday card for a customer that requested a princess card.
This image is from Spelsch Designer Stamps. I colored this cute princess with Copics and cut it out with my Nestibilites. The scallop behind it is from Lacy Circles one of my favorite Spellbinders sets. I added the pink glitter gems with my Irock. Grinch Pills revisted

I have had a lot of requested how I made these so I am going to explain in detail for those of you who asked. I found the two images below that I found searching on Google. You can right click and save them below. I also typed out the poem in word and printed it for the ones that I did not use the below.

First pick your bag size. I purchased my bags at Walmart in the craft section.

Then chose your card stock and size it to be a little bit wider than your bag.

Add your poem to the edge of it. I put it on top of designed paper. You can see I left the card stock longer to add the Grinch on top of it. I then used a circle punch to cut out the Grinch and put him on top of the scallop.

After you fill your bag with your green candy, I picked peanut M&M's, then tape the bad inside to the card stock.

Then attach the cardstock together with a strong glue. I used the red lined tape to keep it together.

Christmas Planner w/Peachy Keen

This is a little planner I made for my secret santa. I cut chipboard and decorated it with paper. The snowmen are from Doodlecharms. I love these three together. The cute faces are from Peachy Keen assorted face set. I used my Irock to add the buttons on the belly and sentiment. Pretty ribbon on the ends and there you have it.

Paper is from Recollections Jolly and Bright which I love! And this image! It is from Tiddy Inks which I had never used before. I saw this image and loved it and bought it for $3 and then was even more in love with it because they give you the image you see there and all four of them separated. So you can make a card with a single image or all four like above. So its like getting 5 stamps for the price of one. Sorry for the long explanation but I was super excited about it. Xmas Gift Bags and Tags w/Pattie's Creations

I used Holiday Reindeer from Pattie's Creations for the tag and gifts bag. I colored with Copics and added Glossy Accents.

I made a large tag to go with this gift bag. My niece loves penguins and I love snow globes so this image is the perfect mix. This image is also from Pattie's Creations. It is Penguin Snow Globe. I colored it with Copics and added Glossy Accents to the bubbles and the eyes. I added Stickles to the cap. Below the image I put a bottle cap with a penguin that I cut from this same background paper.

I cut a penguin from Simply Charmed and added stickles to the bow and cheeks.

Sew Many Twine Challenge

Time for some twine and a fun fold.

I wanted to make a different card this week and fold some inspiration on a fellow blog. I looked up the fold on Splitcoast Stampers and followed the instructions.
I was excited to see this challenge as I was searching for a fold I wanted to you.
Top Tip Tuesday is having a fold challenge that I am entering this card into. Sew Many is having their weekly challenge which is to use twine. How perfect that is for me since I love to use twine.

Isn't this image cute. Jaden on ornament is a Sew Many Cards image that I just love. I colored him with Copics and added glossy accents to the bulb. I printed Jaden out with the Xmas words around it and cute it with my circle spellbinder then faux stitched with red around it. The oh Joy is from a xmas stamp set I bought last year. I added stickles on top of it. A few gems and there you have it.

Some Odd Girl Wedding Card

I was very excited to see how this card came out. It took me awhile staring at the pieces to put it together but the result was perfect.

This beautiful image is from Some Odd Girl. She was colored with Copics and I added a little diamond to her hair flower.

I added a cute wedding charm. The lace doilies was stamped then sprayed with glitter.

Inspired Stamps Xmas Wreath

Today is Inspired Stamps one year birthday. Antoinette's store has been open for a year today and she is celebrating with a sale. http://www.inspiredstamps.blogspot.com/

I made a Christmas wreath using a set of her wonderful stamps that I saved to share on the store's birthday. I saw many people make these around Halloween time but I wanted to make one for Christmas.

I used a chipboard circle that I traced with large mixing bowls and hand cut out. I hot glued the circle rosettes on it and stacked them on top of each other.

If you want to know how to make these rosettes Antoinette did a tutorial here you can learn how to make these.

I stamped these images then used a circle punch to cut them out and chalked the edges. I added some color with my Copics and brads on some of them. The below one I added bell brads to.

I hot glued some bells and buttons to add some embellishments.

At first when I saw this sketch I thought WTH am I going to do with that. The lines on the side totally through me off but after some thought I remembered the wonderful world of twine! However I just realized I put the sentiment in the wrong spot. Ooops.

Sew Many Stair Step Challenge

This weeks challenge on Sew Many Cards is to make a stair step card. This was my first try making a stair step card and it is definitely an interesting way to make a card.

I used a tag on the back step. The second step I made a pinwheel and the image.

Bailey is so cute. I colored him with Copics, added Glossy Accents to the candle and his nose, then added Stickles to the hat. I likely chalked the edges with green chalk and bell brads to the sides.

Inspired Stamps Xmas Tag

If you came here from Deneen then you are in the right place. I hop you are enjoying all these wonderful tags. I know I am. So without farther ado here is my tag.

How cute is this tag? I love how it came out. This is the fanciest tag I have ever made. There are so many details that went into this tag that I broke it up in sections.

I started with decorating a manilla colored large store bought tag with Xmas paper then inked the edges with a maroon ink. I took a white circle sticker (bought at Staples) and punched a hole in the center. Then dabbed alcohol ink on it to make it red. I added that to were the original hole in the tag was. I added a few bells on the tag tied on with twine. This beautiful stamp is from Inspired Stamps. I colored her with Copics and cut her out.

The center I tied a ribbon around the tag and added the bottle cap on top of it. Seebelow how I made the snowman bottle cap. I stamps Joy to the World on white card stock then dotted it was red pepper alcohol ink using the Ranger Rick dabber.

For the flowers-well they started out white then I dropped drops of the alcohol ink (picture below) on the flowers until I liked the color of them. Then I took red stickles and rubbed it around on the flowers. I love how they came out and think I am going to buy me a bunch of white ones and color them myself the color I need.

Now for the bottle cap I bought a pack at Hobby Lobby. I believe it was a 24 pack for $9.99 but I used a 40% off coupon. I bought the clear stickers that were made specially to fit on top of the caps, they are sold right by the caps. I stamped white card stock with the 1 inch snowmen (you can find them here http://www.inspiredstamps.com/servlet/the-33/1%22-snowmen/Detail

Some Odd Girl Xmas Container/Card

I recently discovered Some Odd Girl stamps ans I love them. They are so cute. I had already printed out this wonderful digi when I say that she is having a Guest Design Call. I would love the opportunity to work with Kristy and her wonderful images.

I just love this image. She is so cute. I colored her with Copics and added stickles to the presents.

I added Glossy Accents on the eyes and the shoes. The bottle cap I cut a reindeer head with a 1 in circle punch from the background paper and added it to the bottle cap and put a Spare Part epoxy sticker on top that is meant to go with the bottle caps. I added a couple bell brads next to Mae and chalked the edge of the image.

I bought these containers a couple years ago in bulk and use them for Xmas goodies. I love baking and make all kinds of sweets for Xmas gifts.

The tops are cute but I decided I would make it spectacular and decorate it myself with this super cute image. This image is Deer Mae from Some Odd Girl. I love her. I made a card that will so with this container of treats. I did not want it to be the exact same so I made her with different hair color and opposite outfit color. Sew Many Vellum Challenge

Sew Many is having a vellum challenge this week. I used vellum in two spots on my card. I first embossed a strip with snowflakes using my Big Kick. I then stamped a sentiment on a smaller piece.

This is Kaden Sleeping on Wreath from Sew Many newest releases. He is sooo cute and is perfect for my friend that is having a baby boy right around Xmas. I colored him with Copics.

I used a snow writer pen for the white on his hat. This was my first time using it and it is very interesting to use. I like who it came out though.

This sentiment is from Pink By Designs Xmas set. It is the perfect sentiment for having a new baby for Xmas.

At Pediatric Specialty Care the children (ages 0-21) there are medically-fragile and technologically-dependent -- many are tethered to a ventilator that runs through a tracheostomy; most are wheelchair-bound, and cognitively impaired. They are all delightful children who face life with optimism and hope for a better tomorrow. On this hop, we have 34 generous hoppers who have created fabulous banners. I made a double sided banner. One side has Cricut cut outs from Doodlecharms (snowman) and Create a Critter (reindeer). The other side I used Bugaboo's Santa digi's that Jodie gave out as a freebie. I loved them so much I decided to use them. Here are some close ups of the details.

I used Peachy Keen faces on the snowman and Stickles for the buttons.

I found brads that are bells at Hobby Lobby and added them to the bottom of each panel. Isn't that paper cute! Its Paper Studio I Believe in Santa pack. I love it!

I picked up these red and silver bells at Hobby Lobby and added them with beads in between each panel. My banner sure does sound nice :0) Thanks for looking and head on over to Sandra

Kich N Bleus Mini Harvest Collection

I added the "seeds" in the middle of the flower with my black copic and added Glossy Accents. On the leaves I added Stickles.

I used photoshop to put the flowers on the background paper. I saw this technique on Meljen's Designs I am not sure why I hadn't thought about it before. I have done it with words but didn't think about running the decorated paper through the printer. Hope you enjoy my card. Thanks!

Sew Many Challenge~Background Papers

I love how this card came out. It was hard for me to give away.The challenge on Sew Many this week is to use two background papers. I used more than that on this card. The image I used Jaden with Star and Blanket colored with Copics. I made this card for a one year old birthday. I paper pierced the edge of the white background then just threw some cute papers on a card and loved the way it looked :)

I used a beautiful cake made by Pattie at Pattie's Creations for this card. I colored it with Copics in fall colors.

For the congrats I used photoshop to round it and used spellbinders for the brown around it. I added gems with my Irock.

Inspired Stamps Fun Fold

Welcome to my Inspired Stamps Fun Fold Project. I love easel cards. They are so easy to make and they are beautiful to display. Here is my explanation of how to make one.
Cut 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" piece of cardstock
Cut 4 1/4" square piece of cardstock

Score the 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" piece of cardstock at 4 1/4" and 6 3/8".

put tape on the 2 1/8" x 4 1/4" section cardstock

Decorate the 4 1/4" square piece of cardstock and attach it here.

Put some on the bottom that has some depth to stop the panel behind it. I use foam pop up tape under my sentiment and to bell brads. Hopefully that helps you understand this fold a little better. If not then here is the tutorial on Splitcoast stampers with a video.

I colored the snowmen with Copic and matted with with red around them to help them stand out on the busy paper. I love snowmen. They are my favorite Xmas decoration. In fact they are the only holiday decoration throughout my house at Xmas.

How cute is this little girl?? She is from Tickled Pink and I colored her with Copics. The background paper is extremely busy but I really like it. I added some twine and bells in the lower left corner. They are hard to see in the photo. I love how this card came out.

M&M Candy Jar w/bag

I made this candy container towards the beginning of school but I am just getting around to finishing it to give to a very special person at my school. This image is from Meljen's Designs. I colored it with Copics.

Here is the bag I decorated to put this jar in which is even cuter than the jar. I made sure to ad some ribbon for Meljen's current challenge which is to use ribbon.
