Inky Impressions challenge this week is Bingo. I love bingo challenges so many options.
I am still in love with this image.
Cupcake Lili is colored with Copics. I added Stickles to the sprinkles on the cake. I used punch, stamp, ribbon. The DCWV paper is so bright and fun with
this image. I used a punch the the corners of the balloon paper. I added a strip of border punched white paper under the balloons.
