So I switch the sentiment to the top and added a belt to the bottom but other than that it follows the sketch below. I used scraps probably DCWV, the celebrate is a dollar stamp. I used my Spellbinders to cut out the labels. The belt buckle is from Tim Holtz.

Love your card - sorry my comment is so late... i haven't had a lot of time to sit with my computer & it's almost impossible to comment from my ipad... Thanks for much for being a part of the hop! Love the belt and the sentiment inside... and the paper is so guy-friendly!
